What's covered?

- Cold damaged plants that have been damaged due to normal delivery times.

In the event your plant arrives dead or severely damaged due to cold damage, we will provide store credit in the full amount of your original purchase or, depending on availability, we will replace your plant(s).

***We will require photos of damaged plant(s) within 24 hours of delivery. There is a max grace period of 2 days post delivery to file a claim.

We will NOT ship into snow storms.  If we decide to hold your order for cold weather related reasons we will contact you.  

What happens if I forget to add insurance?

If you decide to pass on purchasing insurance and you receive a dead or damaged plant DUE TO COLD WEATHER/ WINTER STORM (NOT DELAYED MAIL DELIVERY), please email photos to INFO@THELEAFYBRANCH.COM within 24 hours of receiving your order. You may still be eligible for a small credit which is determined on a case by case basis.  

If your order hasn't shipped and you'd like to add insurance please email us within 24 hours at INFO@THELEAFYBRANCH.COM and include your order number so that we can quickly process your request. 

Sorry, we cannot add insurance after your order has shipped.

To make a claim:

If you need to make a claim just email us at INFO@THELEAFYBRANCH.COM  within 24 hours of receiving your order.  Please include photos of the damaged plants and your order number.  

Claims are processed every Monday & Wednesday.
